Wintering Waterfowl Presentation via Zoom

Let’s travel east towards the coast to see all sorts of wonderful wintering waterfowl with TGPAS board member Heather Russell. Heather is a “retired” teacher who started birding late, thanks to an adorable Tufted Titmouse in her back yard. Although not an expert, she has become passionate about birds. She enjoys learning about resident backyard birds as well as any new birds she sees or hears while out. Wintering waterfowl piqued her interest a few winters ago, and now she enjoys making return trips to the coast to watch and photograph all the wintering birds. Heather will highlight some of her favorite winter waterfowl birding spots as well as the waterfowl she has photographed at each of them.
